Dot-ca (.CA) domain name registrants are required to meet the Canadian Internet Registration Authority's (CIRA) Canadian Presence Requirements. All Qualifying* dot-ca (.CA) domain name purchased by non-Canadian individuals or corporations (persons) shall entitle the purchaser to incorporation and ownership of a British Columbia (Canadian Provincial) corporation at no additional charge, including all government disbursements and legal fees, in order to meet CIRA's requirements. Annual maintenance fees and corporate tax returns are the responsibility of purchaser at purchaser’s expense.
